City personnel shall be notified a minimum of forty eight (48) hours in advance W wvtiat project <br />construction <br />a. The utility oompar y and the contractors( are responsible to have at least one person on the job at all tomes. that is <br />'see supervisor' certified <br />3 The contractor shall adhere to the current permit arid contract specifications <br />4 The locations of alf serial and underground utility facilities may not be indicated on the protect plans The contractor <br />is required to contact the Nebraska and Colorado 811 one call not8oation center (dial 811 I forty-eght +481 hours <br />phar to working in the city right of way. No excavatgn will be permitted in the area of the underground utilises until <br />all facia hes have been located and rden1Red to the sat,sfacbon of all parties. The oontracto shall be responsible for <br />protection of all underground and aerial ubk1es and infrastructure <br />6 Whenever underground faolibes are +0 close pro.+rwty to the proposed pathway location or whenever the venial <br />location of the underground !warty is unknown. the contractor shall use special measures to determine the locations <br />of such underground fadrbes <br />a. If the 00ntracbx K conducting the excavator by digging from the surface. when in a dose proxirwty to the <br />underground facilitesthe contractor shall use had digginghydro excavating, or air excavating to locate such <br />facility <br />b t the contractor is conducting the excavation by tunneling or tromp. the contractor shall determine the vertca1 <br />location of the underground facility by potholing or any other method approved by the director of public works and <br />unit es <br />Project plans snail dimension new facilities being .,stalled <br />7.
