<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Charles F.
<br />Kohn and Joyce S. Kohn, husband and wife, whose address is 3114 Brentwood Drive, Grand
<br />Island, NE 68801, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of January 10, 2003, and recorded on January 13,
<br />2003, as Instrument No. 0200300489, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to
<br />the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request
<br />of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: Lot Twelve (12) and the East Sixty One Feet (E 61') of Lot Eleven (11), in Block Six (6),
<br />in Hahn's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
