<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by FAST TRACK BUILDINGS & CONSTRUCTION, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company; and BRADLEY W. SHEARER and CHRISTINA L. SHEARER, husband
<br />and wife, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of NIEDFELT
<br />PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated May 2, 2018, and recorded May 2, 2018, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Number 201802840, the said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Three (3), Meadow Lane Seventh Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way
<br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including
<br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture.
