STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this Permit is to set forth the terms and conditions, under which <br />the Oprrnitfcn may r �.. _, <br />co �s: u�,t, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described installation/improvement which <br />will infringe upon a public right of way: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way and easement areas for fiber optic installation to serve the property <br />addressed as 703 South Webb Road, per the attached Exhibit "A", dated 2024/3/18 and consisting of eight (8) <br />pages. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF PERMITEE'S UTILITY LOCATION. The Permittee owns the infrastructure within the <br />Permitor's public right of way to which this Right-of-Way/Easement Utility Permit shall apply: <br />THE SOUTHERLY ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT AND SIX -TENTHS (188.6) FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8) <br />AND LOT NINE (9), COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION OF PART OF BLOCK ONE (1), <br />NELSEN SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A <br />CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO BOSSELMAN, INC., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION MORE PARTICULARLY <br />DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 89-106507. <br />3. PERMITEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the Permittee may construct, maintain, <br />-epair and utilize the above described installation/improvement at the Permittee's sole risk.
