BALDWIN and JERRY ATKINS, as the <br />Sellers, and GABLE B. BALDWIN, THOMAS M. ATKINS, JR., and CHAD M. BOUGHTON, <br />as the Buyers, the Buyers agreed to cause J.I.L. ASPHALT PAVING CO., a Nebraska <br />corporation, (the "Corporation") to grant to RONALD B.
