<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated, January 15, 2009 and May 31, 2013 executed by ROBERT RODNEY
<br />RATHMAN AND TERRY KAY RATHMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank
<br />as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200900455 AND 201304677 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have
<br />been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned,
<br />as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: ROBERT RODNEY RATHMAN AND TERRY KAY
<br />RATHMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT 1, IN R.R.R. SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Hastings, Nebraska on
