<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />November 13, 2003 executed by Shafer Medical Two, L.L.C., a Nebraska Corporation as Trustor(s),
<br />in which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which is
<br />recorded in Inst. 200315038 of Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received payment in full of the
<br />Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust has
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Crane Valley 4th Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
