<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RAYMOND E HAVEL AND SANDRA K HAVEL. HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />DECEMBER 4, 1998 and recorded DECEMBER 14, 1998 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 98- 112261 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />ALL OF LOT 11, BLOCK 2, BEL AIR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,

<br />MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID
<br />LOT 12; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 12, A DISTANCE
<br />OF 4.45 FEET TO A POINT OF CURVATURE; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE
<br />ARC OF A CURVE WHOSE RADIUS IS 90 FEET AND ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY
<br />LINE OF SAID LOT 12, A LONG CHORD DISTANCE OF 41.6 FEET; THENCE NORTH-
<br />WESTERLY, A DISTANCE OF 108.05 FEET TO A POINT 22.0 FEET WEST OF THE
<br />NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH
<br />LINE OF SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 23.0 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
<br />SAID LOT 12; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 12, A
<br />DISTANCE OF 115.0 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
