<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation
<br />by and through Craig E Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as trustee under the trust deed dated 1-31-2018 and 3-4-2020 executed by James L. Price
<br />and Tammy L. Price, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to
<br />Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded on 2-5-2018
<br />and 3-11-2020 as Instrument No. 201800750 and 202001586 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: James L. Price and Tammy L. Price, Husband and
<br />Wife, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT TWENTY-EIGHT (28), AMICK ACRES WEST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
