202400827 <br />real estate owned by the Licensor, and therefore the parties hereto agree to the following terms. <br />THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Licensor does hereby grant to the Licensee, permission to <br />construct, install, maintain, and repair two windows to be installed on the second floor of Licensee's <br />property, within an eighteen foot (18') area in the southern portion of the Licensee's exterior wall which <br />extends out past the South end of Licensor's building, at Licensee's sole risk. The Licensee has <br />permission to enter upon Licensor's real estate at reasonable times in order to install, maintain or repair <br />said windows. <br />This license shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors and assigns and shall be <br />perpetual, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the then record title holders of the real estate. <br />This license agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties notwithstanding any <br />other oral or written agreements to the contrary. <br />ep en T.
