<br /> FIILL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br /> executed by Charles H. Christensen and Elaine M. Christensen,
<br /> husband and wife, Trustors, to Columbus Federal Savings Bank,
<br /> Trustee for the benefit of Columbus Federal Savings Bank,
<br /> Beneficiary named therein, dated April 20, 1995 and recorded in the
<br /> office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April
<br /> 21, 1995, as Instrument No. 95-102498, has been paid. On April 21,
<br /> 1995, Columbus Federal Savings Bank assigned its beneficial
<br /> interest to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. , by Assignment
<br /> filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, on May 8, 1995 as Instrument No. 95-102950; and
<br /> Thomas R. Ostdiek, Attorney at Law has been appointed Successor
<br /> Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record
<br /> with the Register of Deeds of Lancaster County, Nebraska.
<br /> WHEREAS, said Beneficiary has requested that this Full Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br /> accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br /> undersigned Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release
<br /> and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto ail tne
<br /> interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br /> of Trust in the following described premises only:
