<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated, September 14, 1999 executed by Rodney Rathman aka Rodney R.
<br />Rathman and Phyllis Rathman aka Phyllis I. Rathman, Husband and Wife, as trustor, in which MNB
<br />Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee,
<br />and recorded as Instrument No. 99 109171 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid
<br />and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for
<br />cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Rodney Rathman aka Rodney R. Rathman and Phyllis
<br />Rathman aka Phyllis I. Rathman, Husband and Wife the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Parcel : 1 NW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 11 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Plat recorded as
<br />Document No. 98-170883.
<br />Parcel : 3 NW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 11 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of ground more particularly described in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded in Book 140 at page 486 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Parcel : 4 N 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 12 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Hastings, Nebraska on
<br />January 31, 2024.
