<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall ScS
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 19, 2002, executed by Max A. Mader and Lizbeth N. v
<br />Mader, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument #0200206605, at the Register
<br />of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska dated June 21, 2002, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S' /2NE %) of Section 29, Township 12 North, Range 9 West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast
<br />corner of said quarter section; thence Northerly a distance of 1299.92 feet along the East line of said quarter
<br />section to a point on the property line of the Grantor; thence Westerly deflecting 90 000'00" left, a distance of
<br />170.02 feet along said line; thence Southerly deflecting 90 0047' left a distance of 1299.94 feet to a point on
<br />the South line of said quarter section; thence Easterly deflecting 89 055'27" left, a distance of 168.15 feet
<br />along the South line of said section to the point of beginning, containing 5.05 acres, more or less, which
<br />includes 1.19 acres, more or less previously occupied as public highway, and excepting a certain tract more
<br />particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 76, Page 506, records of Hall County.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 19, 2002, recorded as
<br />Instrument #200206605 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force
<br />and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 9th day of January, 2004.
