1 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION <br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST <br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall ScS <br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 19, 2002, executed by Max A.
