Scarrow, a single person, Grantor, <br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Trinity Terry and <br />Tracy Terry, husband and wife, AND Robert James Gladstone and Jeana Lynn Gladstone, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, conveys to <br />Grantee the following described real property in Hall County, NE: <br />The Westerly Forty -Four (44) Feet of Lot Three (3), in Block Eight (8), of H.G.
