Stelk, a single person, the "Grantor", of Hall County, Nebraska, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, remise, convey and relinquish unto NorthWestern Energy Public Service Corporation, a South Dakota corporation, d/b/a NorthWestern Energy, the "Grantee", with its principal operations office located at 600 Market Street West, Huron, South Dakota 57350, its successors or assigns, a gas utility easement for the installation, maintenance and operation of an underground natural gas pipeline along with all appurtenances thereto over, under, upon and through the following described real estate in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to -wit: A 10 -foot -wide tract of land located in part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1/2 SE114) of Section Thirty-four (34), Township Eleven North (T11 N), Range Ten West (R10W) of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, except Lot One (1), Pierce Subdivision located in part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E112 SE1/4) of Section 34, T11N, R10W of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the East Quarter (E114) corner of Section 34; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89°22'35" West, along the North line of the Southeast Quarter (SE114) of said Section 34, a distance of 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 01°12'15" West, parallel to the East line of said SE114, a distance of 2308.08 feet to a point on the North line of Piece Subdivision; thence North 89°49'09" West, along said North line of Pierce Subdivision, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence North 01°12'15" East, parallel to said East line of the SE114, a distance of 2307.94 feet to said North line of the SE1/4; thence South 89°22'35" East, along said North line of the SE114, a distance of 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; as illustrated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Said tract of land containing 0.530 acres, more or less.
