Schultz and Robert J. Schultz, wife and husband, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, the "Grantor", of Hall County, Nebraska, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, remise, convey and relinquish unto NorthWestern Energy Public Service Corporation, a South Dakota corporation, d/bla NorthWestern Energy, the "Grantee", with its principal operations office located at 600 Market Street West, Huron, South Dakota 57350, its successors or assigns, a gas utility easement for the installation, maintenance and operation of an underground natural gas pipeline along with all appurtenances thereto over, under, upon and through the following described real estate in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to -wit: A 10 -foot -wide tract of land located in part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E112 SW114 SW1/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Eleven North (T11 N), Range Ten West (R10W) of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast (SE) corner of the E112 SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 35; thence on an assumed bearing of North 01°07'07" East, along the East line of said E1/2 SW114 SW1/4, a distance of 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 89°59'21" West, parallel to the South line of said E112 SW114 SW1/4, a distance of 660.71 feet to the West line of said E112 SW1/4 SW114; thence North 01°09'38" East, along said West line of said E112 SW1/4 SW1/4, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence North 89°59'21" East, parallel to said South line of the E112 SW1/4 SW114, a distance of 660.70 feet to a point on said East line of said E1/2 SW1/4 SW1/4; thence South 01°07'07" West, along the said East line of said E1/2 SW1/4 SW1/4, a distance of 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; as illustrated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Said tract of land containing 0.152 acres, more or less.
