<br /> The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated July 22, �c3
<br /> 1996, wherein Kyra Kay Turner, also known as Kyra K. Turner,.a single person, was the Trustor,
<br /> which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, on
<br /> July 29, 1996, as Document No. 96-105804, and contains as trust property, the following-
<br /> described real estate:
<br /> Lot Nine (9), Block Fifteen (15) in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> toget��x.v,yith all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, easements,
<br /> rights�p`r�vileges and appurtenances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the
<br /> rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including all such personal property
<br /> that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of which, including replace-
<br /> ments and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real estate conveyed in trust
<br /> hereby, it being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Property",
<br /> hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor, Kyra Kay
<br /> Turner, also known as Kyra K. Turner, a single person, has failed to make the payments of prin-
<br /> cipal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br /> By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br /> sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated July 22, 1996,
<br /> owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand
<br /> Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this obligation.
