McDermott, Trustee, and states that: <br />1. He is Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in the office of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 202304009. <br />2. That Yaunis Said Andindi, a single person, is the Trustor under the said Trust <br />Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to John B. McDermott as Trustee under <br />the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Kadar Real Estate, LLC, a <br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company. <br />4.
