<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Farmers and Merchants Bank, A Nebraska Corporation by and through
<br />Jeffery A. Spiehs, President, its authorized officer, Farmers and Merchants Bank, as trustee
<br />under the trust deed dated May 12, 2020 executed by Eric A Blase, Spouse of Lisa M Blase
<br />and Lisa M Blase, Spouse of Eric A Blase, as trustor, in which Farmers and Merchants Bank
<br />is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and entered as Instrument
<br />No 202003504 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has
<br />received from Farmers and Merchants Bank the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such
<br />trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for
<br />cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust
<br />deed, the said corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Eric A Blase, Spouse of
<br />Lisa M Blase and Lisa M Blase, Spouse of Eric A Blase the estate now held by it thereunder,
<br />to -wit:
<br />LOT TWO (2), IN BLOCK FOUR (4), IN WOODLAND PARK FOURTH SUBDIVISION,
<br />IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
