STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions, <br />under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which <br />will infringe upon a public utility easement: <br />For three (3) foot public right-of-way encroachment of the building at the property addressed as 315 N Locust <br />Street, as the north wall hangs over the property line into the City public parking lot, per the attached exhibit <br />dated 2023/12/22, consisting of one (1) page. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following described real estate <br />adjacent to the Licensor's public utility easement, to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />THE WESTERLY ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHERLY ONE-HALF (W 1/2 S 1/2) OF LOT THREE (3), AND THE <br />SOUTHERLY ONE-HALF (S 1/2) OF LOT FOUR (4), ALL IN BLOCK FIFTY-FIVE (55) IN THE ORIGINAL <br />TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED <br />AS: COMMENCING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THE ALLEY IN SUCH BLOCK <br />FIFTY-FIVE (55) WITH THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOCUST STREET IN SUCH CITY; THENCE <br />PROCEEDING EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SUCH ALLEY A DISTANCE OF NINETY- <br />about:blank <br />INETY <br />about:blank 1/4 <br />
