Nelsen, Attorney at Law of 701 <br />4th Avenue, Ste 12, PO Box 622, Holdrege, NE 68949-0586 as Trustee <br />under the Deed Of Trust dated 21st day of March, 2018, executed by Mead <br />Rentals, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which <br />South Central Economic Development District, Inc., a Nebraska Non -Profit <br />Corporation is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and <br />recorded as instrument number 201801862 in the office of the Hall <br />County Clerk, Grand Island, Nebraska, has received from South Central <br />Economic Development District, Inc., the Beneficiary thereunder, a written <br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed Of Trust have <br />been fully paid and that such Deed Of Trust and the Note secured thereby have <br />been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of <br />such Deed Of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, <br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely Mead <br />Rentals, LLC, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit: <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed Of <br />Reconveyance at Holdrege, Nebraska, on December 2"1 , 2023. <br />
