<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by Brian
<br />M. Harrenstein, a Single Person, to Adams County Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Adams
<br />County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of Trust being dated 2nd day of December,
<br />2021, and recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />December 8, 2021, as Instrument #202110404 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the following described
<br />premises, to -wit:
<br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2NW1/4) of Section 33, Township 9 North,
<br />Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as belonging
<br />to such premises.
