<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />dated JULY 7, 1992 and recorded JULY 13, 1992 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />92- 106133 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
