<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grarid �Island, �
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, is a Member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br /> Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated June 16 , ;�
<br /> 1994 , executed by HANSA C. PATEL and CHANDR.AKANT PATEL, Wife and �
<br /> Husband, as Trustor, in which ROBERT E . ALLEN and ROSEANN G. ALLEN,
<br /> Husband and Wife, are named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br /> Trustee, which Deed was recorded on August 5, 1994 , as Document No.
<br /> 94-106614 , in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand �
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from ROBERT E. ALLEN �
<br /> and ROSEANN G. ALLEN, Husband and Wife, written request to reconvey
<br /> the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as

<br /> the City of Grand Island by Warranty Deed dated March 3 , 1971
<br /> and recorded April 16 , 1971 in Book 164 at Page 17 of the Deed
<br /> Records of Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br /> as follows : Beginning at the Southeast corner of said lot;
<br /> thence Northerly on an assumed azimuth of 000° 00 ' , a distance
<br /> of 50 . 00 feet along the East line of said Lot Two (2) to the
<br /> Northeast corner of said lot; thence Westerly on an azimuth of
<br /> 270° 38 ' , a distance of 2 . 00 feet along the North line of said
<br /> Lot Two (2) ; thence Southerly on an azimuth of 180° 00 ' , a
<br /> distance of 49 . 99 feet to a point on the South line of said
<br /> Lot Two (2) ; thence Easterly on an azimuth of 090° 48' , a
