<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by and through
<br />Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, as trustee under the trust
<br />deed dated September 26, 2014 executed by CYNTHIA K. TONNIGES, A SINGLE PERSON, as trustor, in which
<br />MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 201406362 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has
<br />received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said corporation by
<br />and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, namely: CYNTHIA K. TONNIGES, A SINGLE PERSON the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:

<br />THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT ELEVEN (11) RUNNING THENCE WEST 105 1/2
<br />THENCE SOUTH 75' THENCE EAST 105 1/2 THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF
<br />SAID LOT ELEVEN (11) 75' TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
