<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />.n KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />co WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by HASSELMANN DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, to
<br />KEVIN P. WALSH, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of RAYMOND J. O'CONNOR,
<br />0 the Beneficiary named therein, on July 21, 2022 and recorded on August 1, 2022 as Instrument
<br />No. 202205677 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Two (2), Continental Gardens Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way
<br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including
<br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture.
