<br />CONSTRUCTION DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Construction Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Gregory S. Anderson and Sally L. Anderson, husband and wife as Trustor, for the benefit of
<br />WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of June 27, 2003,
<br />and recorded on July 10, 2003, as Instrument No.0200308797, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said
<br />Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is
<br />executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block One (1), Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />And
<br />West Park Addition, South % Lot 4 and all Lot 3, Block 10, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
<br />of January 6, 2004.
