DIANE BOCKMANN, Trustee of the K. Diane <br />Bockmann Revocable Trust dated December 27, 2000; and K. DIANE BOCKMANN, Trustee of the Darryl D. Bockmann <br />Revocable Trust dated December 27, 2000, and their successors or assigns, collectively "Grantor", for and in consideration of <br />the amount of $1.00, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto SOUTHERN PUBLIC POWER <br />DISTRICT, a public corporation whose post office address is Grand Island, Nebraska, and to its successors or assigns, <br />collectively "Grantee"; a non-exclusive easement and servitude for the purpose of access to overhead electric power line <br />facilities owned by Grantee, over the following described property located in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska: <br />The Northerly twenty-five (25) feet of that part of Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) and all accretions thereto lying south of and <br />adjacent to State Highway Right -of -Way and west of Lot Two (2), Highway Motels Subdivision, in Section Twenty -Four (24), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and as shown on attached Exhibit <br />"A" incorporated herein by reference, containing 0.89 acres more or less. <br />Grantee shall indemnify and hold Grantor harmless for all claims for injuries and damages caused by the use of said <br />easement by Grantee. Grantor shall not hold Grantee responsible for any damages to Grantor's property caused by the use of <br />said easement by Grantee.
