<br />WHEREAS, The First National Bank of Marquette, Marquette, Nebraska, as Trustee
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated December 1, 1992 AND January 10, 2002 executed by
<br />Vadaron Investments, Inc., as Trustor, in which THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
<br />MARQUETTE, Marquette, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee,
<br />and recorded on December 3, 1992 AND February 8, 2002, as Document No. 92- 110440 AND
<br />Instrument No. 0200201548 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
<br />secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deeds of Trust and the Notes
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />person legally entitled therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust in following described real estate, to -wit.
<br />Lots One (1) thru Five (5), including an eight (8) foot strip and adjoining on the South,
<br />East one -half (1/2) of Lot Seven (7), and Lots Eight (8) thru Ten (10), including an
<br />Eight (8) foot strip adjoining on the North, all in Block Eleven (11), Baker's Addition
<br />To the City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The First National Bank of Marquette, Marquette, Nebraska
<br />has caused. this Deed of Reconveyance to be executed by its President and has caused its
<br />corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on January 5, 2004.
