That the building located upon the above-described real <br /> estate is determined by said City Council to be an unsafe structure <br /> as a result of the inspection by the building inspector. An <br /> emergency exists because the structure upon the premises is <br /> collapsing and an immediate danger to the safety and general <br /> welfare of persons within the municipality exists if the building <br /> should further deteriorate or collapse . <br /> 2 . That pursuant to Section 18-1722, R.R. S. Neb. , the City <br /> Clerk is directed to give immec�iate notice to the owners of the <br /> building to repair the unsafe building or remove it from the <br /> premises within five {5) days of service of the Notice, because the <br /> structure on the premises in its present condition constitutes a <br /> public nuisance . <br /> 3 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to post a Notice of this <br /> Resolution upon the premises declaring the same to be an unsafe <br /> building and a public nuisance . <br /> 4 . The City Clerk of the City of Wood River is further <br /> directed to file a copy of this Resolution in the Office of the <br /> Hall County Register of Deeds . <br /> 5 . That the cost of demolition or removal of the structure <br /> upon the premises shall be assessed as a cost against the real <br /> estate upon which the structure is located in the event the owner <br />
