<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust JOHN J MUELLER AND BARBARA J
<br />MUELLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND; NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated OCTOBER 9, 1998; OCTOBER 22, 1999; JUNE 28 1996 and
<br />recorded OCTOBER 21, 1998; OCTOBER 28, 1999; AUGUST 8, 1996 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 110288, 0099110427, 96-
<br />106 108 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing thafthis Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />EAST FOURTEEN (14) FEET OF LOT SIX (6), WEST FORTY -TWO (42) FEET OF LOT
<br />SEVEN (7) IN FRANZEN SUBDIVISION, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
