<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation
<br />by and through Craig E Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as trustee under the trust deed dated September 19, 2018 executed by MICHAEL S. JONES
<br />AND CHERYL A. JONES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest
<br />to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded on October
<br />4, 2018 as Instrument No. 201806532 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been
<br />fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: MICHAEL SCOTT JONES AND CHERYL A. JONES,
