Deed of Trust Reconveyance
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by LINDA
<br />R. GRUPE, A SINGLE PERSON as trustor, to FIVE POINTS BANK, A NEBRASKA CORPORATION
<br />as Trustee, for the benefit of FIVE POINTS BANK, A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, as
<br />Beneficiary dated November 26, 1996 and recorded in the Office of the Registry
<br />of Deeds of the county of HALL, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 96- 109438, has
<br />been paid; and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered, as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />Now therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with this
<br />written request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these
<br />presents Grant, Remise, Release and Reconvey to the person entitled thereto, all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in
<br />the following described premises:
<br />LOT SIX (6) IN BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), IN FAIRVIEW PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all appurtenances, buildings, improvements, fixtures and privileges
<br />thereunto belonging.
