<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY'THESE PRESENTS,That Troy C.Pistulka and Joi D.Pistulka,Husband and Wife

<br /> East for a distance of 226.6 feet,ivnning thence north for a dist�nce of 385.3 feet,thence west for a distance of
<br /> 225.2 feet,to the westerly line of said fractional section,and running thence southerly along and upon the westerly
<br /> Gne of said fractional section for a distance for 385.1 feet to the place of beginning,subject to one-half of the
