<br />under the Deed of Trusts executed by, Wile E. Investment Properties, LLC, A Limited Liability Company,
<br />as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Grand Island, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, Dated 02/21/2006,
<br />01/18/2007, and 11/30/2007, and Recorded 02/22/2006, 01/23/2007, and 11/30/2007 respectively in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 0200601545, Instrument No.
<br />0200700570, and Instrument No. 0200710086 respectively, has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to
<br />the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4) of Section Twenty Two (22), in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which lies 425 feet East of a certain other point
<br />which lies 33 feet North of a certain other point which lies 33 feet east of the SW corner of said Section 22,
<br />running thence North parallel with the East side of the County Road, 207 feet, thence East parallel with the
<br />south line of said Section 22, 100 feet, thence South parallel with the West Line of the tract hereby
<br />conveyed, 207 feet; thence west parallel with the South line of said Section 22, 100 feet to the place of
<br />beginning.
