<br /> wherein said Trustor conveyed the following-described real property:

<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank,
<br /> Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on March 20, 1992, in the office of the Register
<br /> of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 92-102267.
<br /> On or about March 27, 1992, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br /> right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company. The
<br /> Assignment was recorded Apri16, 1992, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> as Instrument No. 92-102861.
<br /> On or about January 19, 1994, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, Beneficiary, assigned
<br /> all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of T:ust t�� Principai Residential Mortgage, Inc.
<br /> The Assignment was recorded August 31, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as Instrument No. 94-107227.
<br /> Michael E. Currans, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br /> Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br /> the Trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br /> payments which were contractually due.
<br /> You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br /> balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or
<br /> cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
