<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Natalie G. Nelsen, Attorney at Law of 701
<br />4th Avenue, Ste 12, PO Box 622, Holdrege, NE 68949-0586 as Trustee
<br />under the Deed Of Trust dated 22nd day of August, 2022, executed by JET
<br />Development, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in
<br />which South Central Economic Development District, Inc., a Nebraska
<br />Non -Profit Corporation is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, and recorded as instrument number 202206149 in the office of
<br />the Hall County Clerk, Hall County Nebraska, has received from South
<br />Central Economic Development District, Inc., the Beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed Of
<br />Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed Of Trust and the Note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of
<br />such Deed Of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely JET
<br />Development, LLC, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:

<br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska
