<br /> � WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under �'

<br /> l lth day of March, 1997 and document#99-102419 on the 4"'of March, 1999, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br /> Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br /> above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Suite No. Twenty (20), "C" Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime in Unit Three
<br /> (3), Lot Two (2), Block Eight (8), Replat Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County,Nebraska. AND Garage "I", "B" Windsor Square Condominium Property
<br /> Regime, being part of Unit Two (2), Lot Two (2), Block Eight (8), Replat Continental Gardens, an
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust,the undersigned as Trustee,does hereby reconvey,without warranty,to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto,the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
