<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated January 27, 1999 executed by KEVIN F BECK AND GRETCHEN S
<br />BECK, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded on February 12, 1999 as Instrument
<br />No. 99-101644 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from
<br />MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: KEVIN F BECK AND GRETCHEN S BECK, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SE1/4SW1/4) OF SECTION THIRTY
<br />SIX (36), IN TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, EXCEPT FOR A TRACT OF LAND BEING MORE PARTICULARY DESCRIBED AS
<br />FOLLOWS: WITH REFERENCE TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF
<br />THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER; THENCE RUNNING N 00 DEGREES 05' 11" W ON THE EAST LINE OF
<br />SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER FOR A DISTANCE OF 825.73 FEET
<br />TO THE ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S 89 DEGREES 01' 54" W FOR 1323.00 FEET TO
<br />A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER;
<br />THENCE ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF N 00 DEGREES 02' 37" W ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID
<br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER FOR 515.00 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST
<br />CORNER THEREOF; THENCE N 89 DEGREES 53' 52" E ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST
<br />QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER FOR 1322.46 FEET THE NORTHEAST CORNER
<br />THEREOF; THENCE S 00 DEGREES 05' 11" E ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER
<br />OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER FOR 495.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
