<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed Trust executed by Roger A. Schofield and
<br />Samantha Schofield, husband and wife, and Kelly P. Roland- Mulder, a single person, Trustors, to U.S. Bank National
<br />Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of U.S. Bank National Association, ND, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 3, 2000 as Instrument No. 0200008205 and
<br />re- recorded on December 12, 2000 as Instrument No. 0200010749 of the Mortgage Records has been paid and the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Successor Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in
<br />the following described premises but only as to such premises:
