<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />LELAND L STEFFEN AND MARILYN A STEFFEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JULY 27, 1994 and recorded AUGUST 3, 1994 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER
<br />OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #94- 106553, has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />THE SOUTH SIX (6) ACRES OF THE NORTH TWENTY ONE (2 1) ACRES OF THE
<br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SEI /4 SETA) OF SECTION FOUR
<br />(4) IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.,
<br />EXCEPTING THE APPROXIMATE ONE ACRES DESCRIBED IN THE WARRANTY DEED
<br />RECORDED IN BOOK 149 OF DEEDS AT PAGE 77 IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF
<br />DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; THE TRACT CONVEYED BY THIS DEED IS AN
<br />APPROXIMATE FIVE (5) ACRES AND IS ALL OF SAID SOUTH SIX (6) ACRES EXCEPT FOR
<br />THE AREA CONVERED BY THE ABOVE DESCRIBED DEED.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
