<br />Centris Federal Credit Union (hereinafter "Grantor"), as Trustee of a Deed of Trust made and entered into on
<br />or about April 1, 2019, by and between Judy A.K. Hamilton, a single person, as Trustor, and Centris Federal Credit
<br />Union, as Trustee and Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded on April 10, 2019 as Instrument No. 201902042
<br />in the mortgage records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska ("Trust Deed"), in consideration of One and
<br />00/100 Dollar ($1.00), and other valuable consideration, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, remise, release and
<br />forever quit claim to Centris Federal Credit Union (hereinafter "Grantee"), without any covenant or warranty, express
<br />or implied, as to the title or physical condition of the real property or the improvements thereon, all Grantor's rights, title,
<br />interest, estate, claim and demand, both at law and in equity, of, in and to the following described real property situated
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), Block One (1), Dale Roush Second Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging (the "Real Property").
<br />Grantor has complied with the requirements of Nebraska Revised Statute Sections 76-1001 et seq. in the
<br />exercise of the sale of the Real Property described herein at the Trustee's Sale held on October 2, 2023, and the Real
<br />Property is being conveyed pursuant to the Trustee's powers of sale therein.
<br />This Trustee's Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the Grantor's title and
<br />all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustor and Trustor's successors in interest and of all persons claiming by,
<br />through or under Trustor, in and to the Real Property sold, including all such right, title, interest and claim in and to the
<br />Real Property acquired by the Trustor or Trustor's successors in interest subsequent to the execution of the Trust Deed.
