<br /> THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of �
<br /> said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One
<br /> Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and
<br /> reconveys to STEVEN D. HANSEN and CYNTHIA E. HANSEN, Crrantee, the following described real
<br /> estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201) in HALL County, Nebraska:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4
<br /> NW 1/4), and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW 1/4 SW 1/4) of
<br /> Section Four(4), Township Eleven (11)North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) thence Northerly along
<br /> the West line of said Section Four (4), a distance of Four Hundred Eighty-six and Thirty-seven
<br /> Hundredths (486.37) Feet; thence deflecting right 88° 30' 17" and running Easterly, a distance of
<br /> Five Hundred Ninety-five and Sixty-seven Hundredths (595.67) Feet; thence Southerly parallel
<br /> to the West line of said Section Four (4), a distance of Six Hundred Thirty-six and Seventy-three
<br /> Hundredths (636.73) Feet; thence deflecting right 88° OS' 03" and running Westerly a distance of
<br /> Five Hundred Ninety-five and Si�y-seven Hundredths (595.67) Feet to the West line of said
<br /> Section Four(4); thence Northerly along the West line of said Section Four (4), a distance of One
<br /> Hundred Fifty-four and Seventy-three Hundredths (154.73) Feet to the place of beginning.
<br /> This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deeds of Trust recorded in the Office
<br /> of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document NO. 95-100817, on February 14, 1995, and as Document
<br /> NO. 92-106570, on July 28, 1992, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-1014.
<br /> Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br /> reason of this instrument.
