<br /> THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of �

<br /> Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and
<br /> reconveys to RICKY V. YODER AND CYNTHIA M. YODER, Grantee, the following described real estate

<br /> This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office of
<br /> the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document NO. 93-110822, on December 16, 1993, pursuant to
<br /> Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-1014.
<br /> Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
