<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />—
<br />Trust Deed dated January 22, 1996 and executed by R & D Investments, L.L.C. as Trustor, in which Five
<br />Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />c'
<br />was recorded as Instrument #96- 100529 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska dated
<br />January 23, 1996, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Parcel 1: Lot Two (2), Commonwealth Business Park Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 2: The South One Hundred Feet (100') of Lot Three (3), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 30th day of December, 2003.
