IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the Financial Plan incorporated into the Property Settlement Agreement addressing the financial circumstances of the parties and further financial support of the minor children. The Financial Plan is incorporated into this Decree by reference as if fully set forth herein. The parties are ordered to abide by the terms and conditions of the Financial Plan as if specifically set forth herein. 14. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff shall be awarded the real property commonly described as 2120 Viking Road, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and legally described as: Lot 55, Le Heights Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. This property shall be awarded to the Defendant, as his sole and separate property, free and clear of any interest of Plaintiff, and he shall pay and hold Plaintiff free and harmless from any and all liability for any loans, encumbrances, taxes, and insurance due on said residence as of the date of entry of this Decree. Defendant shall make reasonable efforts to assume the mortgage associated with said real property or refinance said real property in his name only within six (6) months of entry of this Divorce Decree. Upon filing of this Decree, Plaintiff shall execute a Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest in said real estate. 15. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Plaintiff shall be awarded as her sole and separate property, free and clear of any interest of the Defendant, all bank accounts currently maintained in her name alone. All bank accounts that are jointly held between the parties shall be closed, and the proceeds equally divided between the parties. 16. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Plaintiff will pay and hold the Defendant free and harmless from any and all liability for the following debts incurred by the parties during the course of the marriage: a. All medical debts in Plaintiff's name or for Plaintiff's health; b. Credit card debts solely in Plaintiff's name; c. Personal loans solely in Plaintiffs name; and d. Outstanding bills or other undisclosed debts maintained solely in the Plaintiff's name. 4
