Stehlik, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the <br />power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) <br />and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims <br />and reconveys to William E. Brewer and Lana M. Brewer, Trustors, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (W1/2SW1/4) of Section Four (4), in Township Eleven <br />(11) north, Range Nine (9) West oif the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of the <br />Burlington Northern Railroad Spur with the northerly line of <br />Rain's First Addition (also being the northerly line of Roberts <br />Street) thence northerly along said railroad right-of-way line, a <br />distance of One Hundred Nine (109.0) feet; thence easterly <br />paralolel to the northerly line of Rain's First Addition, a distance <br />of Two Hundred Thirty -Eight and Seven Tenths (238.7) feet; <br />thence southerly parallel to said railroad right -of way line, a <br />distance of One Hundred Nine (109.0) feet, to the northerly line of <br />Rain's First Addition; thence westerly along the northerly line of <br />Rain's First Addition, a distance of Two Hundred Thirty -Eight and <br />Seven Tenths ((238.7) feet to the place of beginning. <br />This Reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Trust Deed dated <br />August 7, 1996, and recorded August 8, 1996 ,as Document No. 96-106119, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />DATED this 4 day of September , 2023. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />alen E.
