<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by ABE & JALE TRUSTS, to FIVE POINTS BANK, A Nebraska Corporation,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Five Points Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 28,
<br />1992, and recorded March 4, 1992, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument Number 92-101695, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Sixty-one (61), Original Town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
