<br />THOMAS L. ANDERSON, a single person, GRANTOR, whether one or more, in
<br />consideration Grantee managing the mineral production on the property so that it is developed
<br />to allow for saleable lots after the mineral rights have been used and ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
