<br />(10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th PM, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />thence northerly along the westerly line of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1/4 SW1/4), said Section Two (2), on an assumed
<br />bearing of N0°15'29"W, a distance of nine hundred seventy and sixty-
